TPL Tracker system is integrated with the customs system. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue with this integration, preventing the TPL system from syncing properly with the customs system. Due to this issue, customs/port authorities have temporarily stopped issuing gate passes.
For dry containers, We are still managing to arrange trucks and hold them as we wait for the gate passes to be issued from the system, and we are dispatching them as soon as the passes become available. However, for reefer containers, we are unable to arrange trucks until this issue is fully resolved.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on any developments.
